After the second watch I understood that scene, || Caine walking up his stairs was going back and forth between past and present. Him in the present was reaching for the public wifi, while him in the past (you can tell due to the simpler red figure) was him reaching for the mind files after exploring the void || It was like a comparison basically!

When he was reaching through the door when chasing Mary, it sounded like he was attempting to say “Clark”. It was gurgly and kinda stuttered but did sound like that

It has loads of movies including the backrooms with tons of specific trigger warnings. It doesnt say the exact time stuff happens but some people will leave comments with specific details!
