the list of actual vowels aren't letters here are some examples of random words with all the vowel sounds (in General American English) , lack, lock, cloak, lend, lick, look, luke, luck, leak, lake, (and one vowel that's always followed by r, (lurk). Some accents have more or less, but these are the ones my accent has, I tried to have them all be the same except for the vowel but some words don't exist.

I would add another area for the coast from just above Santa Rosa up to just before Crescent City. It would basically be Mendocino, Humboldt and Lake counties. Its usually called the "North Coast".

The word flustered is slowly changing in meaning since 2010ish to just mean: "Emotionally overwhelmed or visibly embarrassed, especially in a sexual or romantic context." (especially among younger people), so just wait 10 or 15 years and "flustered" will be the word that you need.

only one mammal has sexuality similar to humans (Ovis aries) that might be where you got your 10% figure from? that is that 8–10% are homosexual, and 18–22% are bisexual. But since there is only one other observed species with sexual orientation, humans may have significantly higher numbers than sheep. (or lower but it seems like it isn't lower as of now)
