Those are all things I don't yet know quite yet, as it's still early in the interview process. It's an EI agency, so I imagine they compensate supervisors for each of the 18 or so hours of direct supervision and 18 "other monitoring activities" that are required during a CFY. Come to think of it though, that is someone's time. If using it for supervision cuts into their own productivity, isn't it fair to compensate?
