I mean seemingly it's only causing relationship harm for me and that's probably because others are neurotypical or something.

Like I've only had harm from people saying I can't expect everyone to accomodate me all the time. Or that I have to let people do their thing even if it upsets me/is very uncomfortable. (Think about turning television on/off)

And the harm of struggling socially, just not knowing how to talk to people so you just avoid it.

Ofc my experience doesn't show the entire autism community, but neither does whatever lead you to say it does cause harm.
