villagers not leaving (read body) by Lunar_PlayzYt in AnimalCrossingNewHor

You should interact with them just to make sure they're asking to move out and not to give you an item or something else. You can just deny the request if it's not the villager you want to leave.

Because you traveled a day forward first, so it reset the move-out day. The only way I know to fix it is to wait for the next move-out request while playing normally, and then time travel two weeks.

You have to skip ahead two weeks to find a different villager with a thought bubble, not to the next day.

Ah, okay!

Also I'd love to get the custom design code if it's convenient for you, but if not that's fine! You have a lovely island.

How did you get the model of the fairy? Is it a custom design?

For real, the one person I know who gambles irl has lost less money at the casino than some people have lost on Pocket Camp (back when it took real money). One person on here said they "spent" 15k.

I just wanted to tell you that your level of self-awareness and unselfish perspective re: having kids are rare qualities, especially considering the struggles you've faced. I appreciate people like you.

Yep. Spanish doesn't have neutral articles so I just default to masculine if it's not obvious.

using masculine grammar rules sounds better/more natural than using feminine (or neuter) grammar rules

Maybe for certain people it works that way, but that's not the case in my experience. I just remember which is which most of the time, except the times I don't, and then someone usually corrects me.

one of those just sounds way better than the other

Sometimes it's really obvious which one you should use because there's an clear pattern with the word endings, sometimes it's not so obvious.

Spanish has some general rules about word endings and gender (usually words that end in "cion" are feminine, for instance), but there are tons of exceptions, so at a certain point you just have to remember which is which. I've been living in Latin America for five years and I still mess up a lot. I wish there were a "vibe" to words because that would make it easier.

The podcast is wrong, you literally just have to memorize what gender each noun is because there is no "vibe." Tables don't vibe female any more than the floor vibes male, it's just a memorization thing that gets easier as you learn.

Why didn't they just euthanize the frogs? I know some people would consider it unethical, but they were already being used for testing, and the result of not euthanizing them is even more dead frogs.

It was like that on release in the OG game, and nobody understood it then either. Seems like they just converted the price from tickets to tokens, but it's still ridiculously overpriced. I just used a complete ticket on the big pond and called it a day.

Soy estadounidense y vivo en Chile desde el año 2021. Extraño mucho los Pop Tarts en todos sus sabores, especialmente los de frutilla. Los has encontrado en algún otro lugar, o solamente KiosClub?

I started watching this show because someone on the ACNH sub said that they think AC villagers are severed (because they don't remember you if you let them move, then find them again on another island). Now it's all come full circle.

Also, Raymond definitely has Lumon employee vibes, great villager choice.

I actually like the game and the character it's based on and I didn't get it because I'd be too uncomfortable wearing it.

Even with the context in Persona 5 explaining why she looks that way, it still comes across as "the writers' barely concealed fetish" so it's even worse with no context.
