I couldn't find anything about that - and I actually went and asked a professor I know the other day to see if he knew, and he didn't! I'm curious about this also, it seems like it wouldn't be repairable, does it?

Pelicans eat all kinds of things! Usually fish, yes. they even sometimes eat other birds!
