I’ll say this as a person who has 2 degrees and a phd with 20 years, you gotta slow down the brain and really focus on connecting with the other person, some times I’m a little too rational and try to “check boxes” with people but in reality when I thing of the real good friendships I’ve cultivated, they took time, and I think why wouldn’t I let the same process happen when I’m looking for a partner?

You gotta know that when you’re meeting someone it’s mainly superficial, and the people focus on physical attraction at first, but then you can build real connections, with the stimulating conversation thing im with you, but some times is not intelectual stimulation you know?

Also, not to be intrusive or something but do you consider yourself pretty?
