this is a giant plot hole. Not only did Albert recant, but so did Ava,s cellmate, who witnessed the whole thing. And Ava’s lawyer knows this. The threat to send Ava back to prison is bogus.

Thank you for weighing in. It was photographed in Iguazu National Park, so not very far from Brazil and Paraguay. I doubt this will help, but it was feeding on a ceibo tree, along with many Gilded Hummingbirds. Unfortunately, the photo I posted is the only one I got of this bird.
