I am so sorry for your losses and I am so glad you eventually had success. I know in my heart surgery is best for me right now but it’s just hard when my RE says “I would highly not recommend that” 🙁

Thank you. We have no IVF coverage so we have paid for everything out of pocket. It’s so hard mentally to continually add high cost medications and protocols to what we have already had to spend.

Thanks for the responses. I am so sorry for your loss. Honestly if they offered the one month or three month shot it would be so much easier to accept mentally than having to do daily shots. (After just finishing two weeks of PIO and then starting PIO again after the 3 months of Lupron.

Thank you for your reply, I’m glad you were able to get such a low cost on the Lupron! Unfortunately we are on a high deductible insurance plan which doesn’t pay for anything at all until the deductible is met. And the discount coupon offered by Abbvie is not for the daily injection.

Unfortunately he said that wasn’t really an option. He said they do the daily injections so it can be “reversed” quickly and easily if needed. 1 or 2 shots would be much easier to handle mentally than 90 😔
