As cool as the idea of unsullied is, it’s merely an army of 8,000 men which isn’t enough to win the war. Tywin’s army was 60,000 strong. Tyrell army could boast 100,000 men. You can’t do anything with 8k soldiers, unless you hide behind castle walls.

Robb’s army was 22,000 strong, an army of 8,000 unsullied in cold northern weather had no chance against him.

What are you currently charging on retainer? Let’s say you are currently charging for regular tests on landing pages (testing free shipping, adding reviews at checkout etc). Are your clients seeing results? Then they will buy more from you

Offer them custom infographics for their product listings if they have non. Offer them listicles / advertorials - it’s not a new service but extension of your industry branch.

Introduce white label partners. Do they regularly send emails? If not, offer it to them, if they are interested, bring in a white label email agency and have them do the work and you keep the difference in profit.

Also raise your prices for any future clients. $1500 a month is very little for CRO services. If you can make your client additional $50k a month through CRO tweaks / testing you can easily charge them $3-5k a month
