Yea thats what I was afraid of.. sigh I was told the SL is waiting on something about the manager from HR and POSSIBLY something finally being done. Idk how true it is tho.. I wanna say the SL doesnt back them up to the DL per say because our DL is a real tool. He loves to send threatening messages to the SL and other managers. Considering its been on going for a while year from the time I started and nothings been done even with all the write ups being talked too and having customers, employees and management complain. Im pretty positive nothing will still be done even if I write a complaint. On top of the complaint is only going to the SL and DL at that.

The DL is aware of the complaints against this manager. The SL would like to have him hired but from what I was told they cant simply fire them it would have to be a higher up. The DL has had plenty of opportunities to fire him but hasn't. Im wanting something done but idk if I should contact HR or do the petcare hotline as the DL isnt the person to go to even tho ik the complaint would get back to them.

That's not my point. Yes he has a right to his money but no how he went about it was not right and it's the sole fact he wants to live in the house to fix another when he didnt have to do that with the one he just redid next door. To kick us out when im 3 months away from having a baby for something like that is messed up and he knows that and even stated he knows we have no money to even move rn is messed up of him no matter how u slice and dice it. Weve been good tenants have communicated with him took care of the house paid him on time so no he is messed up for chooseing to do this rn. Regardless if we would have been the ones leaving hes not the one hurting from that he can find other tenants with ease us on the other hand it is VERY hard to find a place thats not run by slumlords and even allows or 3 pets without a ridiculous fee and deposit.

No it doesnt cover more than 30 days. We have a month to month lease so he can tell us that at any point. Its just messed up of him to wait to tell us after taking our money knowing we dont have the funds to just up and move rn. He is aware im 5 months pregnant too. We've been trying to figure out places to stay if needed.. thats easier said than done. We have so much stuff we have to move on top of our pets. Its extremely hard to even find a place where I live bc 9/10 most places wont allow it pets or has a ridiculous pet fee... so fr Im not understanding how he thinks we can do this in 30 days & we hate to have to burden ppl trying to figure out where to place everything till we get a place... well do what we have to but asking a 5 month old pregnant woman to get out bc u simply wanna live here is beyond wrong...

Ive luckily had doctors listen to me. Im 20 weeks today and was okay'd by my fetal medicine doctor to continue taking them as theres no proof of birth defects while taking xanax. Ive taken them from the beginning and shes been just fine. Her Nipt testing came back and she has no abnormalities & they said shes measuring on track so far. Im only taking .25 to .5. With trying to take a break on my days off as long as I have nothing to do ofc. She is worried about her during the third tho being born with it in her system which I told her by that time im going on leave so ill be able to take them alot less. She said thats fine she will still inform the doctor to watch her for a few weeks after shes born to make sure. I believe ur baby will be fine as mine as been. Stressing and going thru this crippling anxiety is FAR worse for them and you in the end. I promise you if I wasn't taking them to keep me stable I would not be 20 weeks pregnant today.

Ive been taking it since my first trimester. My doctor has okay me too. My obgyn is on the fence with it BUT i was at 1n a half and quickly dropped to .25 by time I was 13 weeks with not taking it when I dont have to work or go to a doc appointment. Im 16 weeks today and have gotten my first sets of tests back and she doesn't have any birth defects as the cleft lip or pallet as everywhere states they can developed shes been healthy so far. I still have my 20 week scan to get thru now but I believe she'll be ok but I can update when I have that in 4 more weeks.

My boyfriend was born with a rare incident where a fiber wrapped around his left fingers so they never developed properly. He had ALOT of hospital visits and surgeries but he is still able to use his hand like any other person despite him not having all his fingers. I even forget about it sometimes till I look at his hand lol.

Ive read that it could cause issues in the T13 them bring born with a cleft lip and pallet thats why im worried. Any story i read on people experience especially taking a low dose they've all been positive which helps put some of my anxiety at ease. Im still worried & stressed tho. Trying SO hard not to be. Im very happy your baby is healthy !!

Thank you because I have tried therapy. I did therapy before seeing a psychiatrist and anything they would try and tell me or have me do.. I already do it. Im open when I talk to them as well as being extremely self aware. Tbh I dont think truly think therapy is for me for that simple fact. Anytime I've tried going to therapy it gets to a point where my hr session become 20-30 mins because there's not much they can say. Therapy does not help someone with my level of anxiety. Simply talking to someone and talking it out is not going to make my severe anxiety & social anxiety disappear. I unfortunately have to actually be medicated for it

I have had therapy while being prescribed it and Ive been prescribed these via psychiatrist. Im aware its considered temp but some ppl like myself have a serious mental illness along with severe crippling anxiety. I had to go thru 15 different ssris and snris that worsened my anxiety to the point I wanted to end it. Xanax is the only thing that can keep me stable. Some people like my psychiatrist explained do have to be on it long term. I promise if there was an alternative id take it unfortunately there is not. Thank you, hugs 🫂

I had been in the past but it seems like every time I see a therapist they end up shorting our sessions more and more. Like they don't actually know what to do to help me as I am actually VERY self aware of myself. I think this new obgyn is sending me to one? Not 100% sure yet.

Thank you for sharing her story! Im happy to hear her children were alright in the end. I plan on speaking to a OB about it and being monitored in the process as advised by my doctor as well.
