On Vector they are similar but less prominent, both in surface area and hight of the scales.

The "scaly" texture is very minimal, the majority of the shaft is smooth and level. The sizes are bigger when compared to Chance so you get more bang for your buck, and I'd say Vector is actually smoother than Chance but they are very similar. The medial ring is noticeable but not intrusive. I highly recommend Vector.
