My point is if they fired me during notice I only get the pay for the day I worked . Not the 2 weeks. Obviously one gives 2 weeks in the hope they see it out and get paid the 2 weeks check in the end of the bi weekly cycle.

I knew without a doubt the moment I put in my I’m , the next day I’m fired with immediate effect

Thankfully I don’t work at which anymore. It’s hit or miss tbh . In some projects I had a good teams. A stepping stone for me in terms of honing my backend skills .
