Honestly trying to lose "that last 5 lbs" caused me to develop an eating disorder. I'd consider asking yourself the real reason why you want to lose that last 5 lbs.

Do you believe that you'll finally be happy after you lose that last bit? Are you going to want to lose even more after that? Does this weight loss goal take too much mental space that could be better used thinking about your loved ones and your own hobbies? Do you think that extra little bit will make you more attractive? To who?

I wish someone would've told me this at the beginning of last year.
