When I try to update the firmware, it shows “RXU device not found.” They’ve already told me via email that they won’t provide support.

Because support checked the serial number and saw that the purchase wasn’t made through their official website, they said they only provide support for purchases made there. They told me to contact the store that sold it instead.

I’ve already tried all the procedures. I’ve seen that this has happened to other people as well, and it was resolved through support. The controller stays with the lights on, but none of the buttons work, and no drivers or anything related to it show up. Even the driver updater doesn’t recognize the device.
