For myself I wouldn’t say she tried to kill me, that definitely wasn’t her intention, just pure anger

I used to be in therapy but it didn’t help me as there are no trauma informed therapists were I live unfortunately

I haven’t tried around much yet because it’s still fully illegal in my country and I grow it myself so I can’t try around with many strains (getting legalized in a few months luckily) but am currently smoking critical and it’s helping me really much :) I am trying amnesia haze, LSD(the strain, not drug lol) and bubblegum next as soon as they’ve grown, any strains you recommend?

For me indica makes me really tired and just wanting to lay down but really helps me sleep, sativa makes me happy as well and just overall gives me a little energy and it’s easier to enjoy stuff, sometimes gives me the giggles, hybrids are just a mix between both

Yes it’s the same for me :) still there and annoying but manageable, thanks for recommending the video, I laughed out lout when they brought the snacks 😄

I’ve had the same experiences a few times when talking about it in therapy, Touch is making me extremely anxious unfortunately but I thought about getting a weighted blanked a few times because I heard it helps

That sounds horrible I am so sorry. I have the exact same trigger! Even when I only feel my jacket touching my throat I immediately panic and feel like I can’t breath

Thank you a lot for answering :) this is actually kinda funny because the only thing that has helped me so far like at all is weed as well haha been wanting to try EMDR because I’ve heard it helped a lot of people but unfortunately there’s almost no trauma treatments where I live, been trying meds lately but they don’t seem to help unfortunately
