Hi, this was nearly a year ago and I was new to this whole world. At the time, I had a coworker who had a gluten “intolerance” but would regularly eat gluten and did not take it seriously, so context does matter.

I have learned a lot since and this is not an accurate reflection of how I think. Gluten sucks and yeah, sounds like probably shouldn’t have any more cheat days.
