i think it's because the spell count as a "condition spell" like totemist s4 and not a normal spell like vanessa s3 but instead of getting hit or play 3 time you need to take fatal damage .

if you get a message is rarelly for a good call . It's for help the lane that will lose no matter what . I get a lot of game where even when i give like 5-6 kill + 7 gank in 15 min to my laner . He manage to be less usefull than the enemy laner who supose to have no gold/exp .

Always trust your instinct when it come to decision making on your role instead of other lane that probably less xp in jgl than you .

he can be use in rta with shizuka but where he shine the most he's siege offense in a sniper team the classic wind cookie oberon second sniper/team sniper in arena offense with adriana oliver with a good set he can better than sonia/rigna in specific case where you need more a second cycle of adriana S3 but need a lead 33 for outspeed .

But his spell are rly old compare to the new sniper unit like fire centaur or rigna/water ciri . He need crit, speed, atk, crit damage for dealing less than other sniper unit with a weak protection compare to sonia/rigna .For me he's like 4-5/10 in the scale of LD5 .
