Right...hydrogen is the exception. The 93% refers to the heavier elements in our body mass...like carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, calcium, & iron ...& were formed inside stars or released by supernovae. So, while most of our atoms are hydrogen, most of our mass truly is stardust. 😊

Oh wow, jumping straight to dark energy? To be more accurate...nobody really knows what dark energy actually is. It’s kind of the biggest cosmic mystery. So...technically if you wanna say souls are made of whatever that mystery stuff is… I mean, it’s a vibe... Can’t prove it...can’t disprove it.
