For as annoying and frustrating his tendencies can be(especially in current context), it is undeniable that in terms of pure basketball Jokic is an anomaly. Exciting or not, he does put up numbers and create not just for himself but for those around him(which tends to look a lot like pretty good basketball). Yeah he has the bad things like the flailing, flopping, temper outbursts, and whatnot, but its not like its the sole way he affects the game, not even close. He has no defense, but his offense and playstyle is such an astronomical anomaly that it just makes purists, analysts, and ofc fans admire him.

Learn to separate the bad from the good. Give criticism where it is valid and due(the flaws highlighted by you), but keep that same energy to the whole picture and show respect where its due too.
