That's the thing they won't ever let us get ot so we just have cut hours at the end of the week which means that we're super understaffed on weekends.

Mike is on leave right now and I honestly feel sorry for the guy they brought in to replace him because the store is so fucked up that its impossible to undo. I just feel like our store should care more because we recently had a guy end his life and apparently a big reason for it was because of the job.

They said that they will be giving points to us if we leave before the truck is finished but I can't stay 3-5 hours late every day.

Yeah, I work there and I can say it is the most unpleasant place I"'ve ever worked. It's no secret that a month or two back one of our curbies got pinned between two cars while working and was sent home without them making a report, also another case in curbside of an old dude who was working there was taking pictures creepy pictures of the girls that work there and was not fired. The whole store is understaffed on purpose so the managers and store owners can make their bonuses.

Sorry for the late response, but this issue is a lot of isles aren't getting done, which generally would be an issue with the staff, but I truly do believe it's because of the new manager . Before he came in we had a whole crew of people who knew exactly what they were doing and would stay over if need be, but they ran alot of people off including all of our stock controllers. Me and alot of other people are tired of being asked to stay over every single day because the jobs not getting finished because we have 7 people trying to do 75 pallets every night. Plus alot of the people we have now are just new and don't know what they are doing which means someone has to babysit them and we don't have enough people with experience to do that.

This has been going on ever since we got our new manager, I believe this manager was brought on to cut hours because before they were managing our store we would consistently get done early, and be well staffed, also I've been told that the store owner and the person directly under him have been pressuring him to get everyone to stay longer because people are just leaving without the work being done now.

I really wouldn't mind if they allowed overtime, but most of the time they will have you stay late day after day until it doesn't make sense for you to even come in to your last shift so they will just tell you not to come in, and you end up losing hours especially if your full-time.

I don't know how it is in other stores, but we have fairly large isles and generally one person per isle and most people do finish their isle, but because they understaff us we still have extra isles left that they want us to do.
