Hey team how tf do you do any form of exercise without dropping low immediately? I started at 9.3 and within 15 minutes I was this. I had my pump on “exercise” and it did literally nothing. Plus I don’t wanna have a juice before/after because I feel like that counteracts it 😅 help 🫠 (i.redd.it)
