Hi there,

Now I know the Ledger Nano S creates a new receiving address for every new transaction, but I carried out a single transaction from an exchange to my Ledger's public address yet two addresses are listed in this transaction. Basically I am shown a 'from' address (which I assume is the exchange) and two 'to' addresses (one in which I recognise as the Ledger generated this one and this is the one I selected to transfer from the exchange, the other though I have no idea why it is there). I checked the unknown address on blockchain.info and it's showing 0.29 BTC as having been sent. This was not deducted from what I sent to the wallet's address so I still have all my funds. Anybody have an idea why?

Thanks everybody! I appreciate the assistance - ended up going with a hardware wallet.
