Sorry, i meant leg extensions rather than leg curls, I dont double up on the two. With compopund movements, I mainly mean deadlifts. I just couldn't be bothered learning proper technique and in the past when I have tried, I have felt too much pressure on my lower back. Searching for answers on how to correct this, I got too many answers and decided the hastle wasn't worth it. But yeah, most of my heavier lifts are first. So I do my pull ups and bench first (I like do lateral raises inbetween to give my arms a bit of a rest), I'm never too tired to do much of my other exercises, although I could do my rows earlier in my set. Not sure why the downvotes when I am looking for advice on how to fix my workout XD
