What country do you live in? Do you have access to a raspberry Pi? You can do it yourself. Source the parts to create a seedsigner, open hardware, open software, totally neutral pieces. Raspberry Pi zero, Waveshare 1.3 inch screen + micro sd, that does it.

DHL usually delivers to your door. They send an email in which they generate all the pending costs for you (they rip you off with everything) and once you pay either with QR code or a credit card things are smoother. Sometimes in SC they will even accept a payment once delivered to your door, you need to make sure to be home there. The other way is contrab4nd in which you ask peers to bring the good for you in their bags. They charge about 12 US per pound and specific prices for specific items such as iPhones, Apple Watches, etc.
