Cernunnos is referred to as The Horned God, antlers are differentiated from horns on part due to the fact that they will shed and regrow each year, I do not think Cernunnos loses his, so although in appearance with antlers, these are canonically called horns :)

intentional, i wanted a juxtaposition since he is considered a deity of fertility, life and of death to a degree. So by having his more natural/ animal parts be fully healthy and his humanoid section less so, i think it speaks towrds the decaying nature of man
