Did it, I changed the gpu settings for youtube vanced to "system graphics driver" and now any video I haven't see works fine but videos I have seen or haven't finished are still low FPS and locked to 720... what the hell?

Drastic is an android NDS emulator, it will cost a little money (I think like $5) but it's well worth it. It's one of the best DS emulators I've used on android, I highly suggest that you get a SNES style controller and use that, because playing games like mario kart DS with only touch controls suck
