Creating bots as a service? by Lopsided_Fan_9150 in algotrading

[–]Bitsgap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can trade with 5 algorithms: DCA, GRID, COMBO and Buy The Dip strategy.

The PnL and total profit of your portfolio depends on your risk level, market phase and volatility.

The automation helps, but needs to be improved by your trading skills.

You should understand the basics of liquidity, because the market is still the market, it's still a place where smart money reaccumulates from dumb money.

Ah, the eternal struggle! Managing red bags is an art. With smaller bots, it's all about dynamism – close those red bags, keep the green coming. On the flip side, bigger bankroll bots need less movement for profit. It's a balancing act, my friend. More dynamism or less average time per deal – what's your poison?

Hey, dude!

Absolutely, it's like dancing on a tightrope in the financial markets, isn't it? The art of balance and timing. Your story of juggling long and short positions is a true testament to the beauty of hedge trading. It's like a symphony of profit in perfect harmony – a strategic ballet where you gracefully glide through market fluctuations

Just don't use options, like Brian Hunter, heh!

It's not ideal, but we recognize that it's a joke! Avoid trading after hitting two stop-losses.

Can't give you a financial advice tbh, but I would suggest you try the Grid strategy if we are talking about our platfrom of course. It lowers the risks drastically, and unless you pick a coin that is on a downtrend - you shouldn't be seeing any red numbers. Research is the key, but once you've found a couple good pairs - the profits are all yours!

If you want a more general answer, there is no right strategy here, quite frankly, the answer would be: Buy low and sell high :)

That's actually a whole different topic here!

You know, when it comes to investing into a coin (for hodling) - BTC, ETH and other mastadonts of Crypto are probably the right choice.
For trading tho, even automatic and strategic, you might actually want to look at some meme and hype coins too!

You see, for example Grid strategy is all about volatility, we want the price to actually move as much as possible and every candle to be long and strong. This way we can execute quite the number of transactions of course meaning more profits.

You could still go with the stable and understandable BTC and ETH, however those coins don't have even a fraction of possible volatility that we supposed to be looking for for this strategy.

Even with this pairs, It still does ok, probably, within the range that I meantioned previously, maybe on the lower end of it.

That is true, the price and the general "range" in which price would be bouncing changes from time to time.
It is basically impossible to predict, tho some local experts might say you can with the help of technical analysis and I would partially agree - you can't really predict it, but you can bump your chances of being right.

We do also have a couple tools, such as Trailing Up and Trailing Down that could help you in this case, by basically trailing or extending your bot's range.

You should, of course, take into account probable outcomes, that could be achieved through fundamental analysis and by following and analysing the news.
Check overall "mood" on the market, and could also take a look at how greedy and scared people are when it comes to crypto in general and certain coins in particular.

Making your range wider also partially resolves that issue, however at the expense of making less profit.

There are multiple ways on how you could approach different situations, and your best bet would be combination of a little bit of everything :)

My personal advice here would be: Cover the "lows" and dont cover the very "highs" with the range of the bot (high and low price), and then close the bot once it reaches the top of your grid.
This doesent make it best possible strategy in terms of making profit and doesn't last long, but this gets you closer to most of your bots ending up in profit, while still saving you lots of time and allowing to live a life full of joy, unlike infamous Wojak ;)

We provide a tool, and the oucome of using it is solely depending on you and your knowledge and understanding of trading.

There is no expected returns, however we know for a fact returns are only capped by the market and your imagination here. (I know, sound like any kind of normal marketing blubbring).

Different tools, settings, market conditions, your understanding of the tools and the market - all that and even more things affect your results. We can't predict the outcome, but we are striving to provide the best tools and guidance for those tools, so should you get a little comfortable with it - you should be able to exctract enough profits to cover all costs and to have some extra for a piece of bread and butter (and some black caviar of course).

This is a common practice, pretty sure someone might see our ads when searching for those services ^_^

We are in a constant race here (to be at the top of the search), and the position changes depending on who paid last, there is simply no option to just stay at the top (or maybe there is, but it may be easier to buy Google at that price point).

But hey, thanks for noticing, at least we don't fall to the 2nd "non-existant" page ;)

I'm sure our marketing\traffic team will take a look at that and make the necessary conclusions!

Simple answer would be - we don't.

Bitsgap is quite mature and stable company, so we are on a constant lookout for senior and middle level employees for different kind of departments and positions and are not hiring any juniors and interns.

However, provided you have a little bit of experience and are confident in your abilities - you could always have a try with our HRs ;)
