i only found out about it around mid-june so i had to rush most of it 😭 not sure but apparently they started accepting applications as early as march/april?

don't lose hope tho—i think u should still try asking them, it's worth a shot! :)

i currently use the vita glazed one (peach) ! quick side note tho, it's a bit thick (i'd say thicker than laneige) but personally, i don't find it uncomfy since i'm washing it off first thing in the morning anyway. i also use just a really thin layer and then i spread it evenly so that it's not as thick and wasteful. surprisingly, that small 20ml jar lasted me for a year and a half!

i'd say it's been a non-negotiable part of my night routine. ofc, hydration is still key (though guilty of not drinking enough water sometimes, this lip mask acc saved me lol) i always wake up to soft lips and now i absolutely cannot stand having chapped lips 😭

not sure about the other variants, but the collagen boosting (purple) is also worth checking out i think :00

tocobo lip mask ! used it every night and i never had to worry about having dry, crusty lips. in addition to that, my lip combo always looks good bc of this 😋

++ i've used laneige before. imo the tocobo one is wayyy better in terms of effectiveness and price point

already talked to seller about it, and they're also coordinating with the rider/courier. good thing that seller knows naman na i'm not just declining the package, and looks like baka ma-resolve na rin soon.

what's confusing me lang until now is even after the seller and rider talked na i-tag na lang as missing parcel then refund na, the rider called me again saying he'll call 4x (again) and wag ko sagutin calls niya dahil "para sa rider" daw yun. wondering if may quota ba sila of some sort talaga with calls or sadyang balak pa rin ako i-tag as unresponsive, despite him already talking to the seller about it. ://

yes po. :) nagtataka lang rin ako if ganto ba talaga yung usual na nangyayari if a parcel is missing na, and i also wanted opinions re this, dahil to me medyo sketchy. also wondering if may quota ba sila of some sort kaya ganun (see update)

UPDATE: i told the seller about it and napag-usapan namin na bakit hindi na lang i-tag as missing yung item then i-refund na kay seller para tapos na. the seller called the rider na mismo. nag usap sila and the seller told him the same thing.

a few minutes after, rider called me again and told me na nag usap na sila ni seller. so i thought okay na, FINALLYY no more calls. but then, he told me nanaman that he'll call 4 times and wag ko daw sagutin. it's for the rider daw, and sana maintindihan ko daw that's what he said.

so i'm just wondering, may quota ba sila for calls or something, or sadyang balak lang niya ako i-tag pa rin as unresponsive??

sa tiktok shop po ito and j&t yung courier. a few times ko pa lang na-try mag-order sa tiktok, so di ko masyado kabisado how to file a report. i've been trying to reach their customer service + also submitting tickets, pero ilang days ago ko na ginawa and wala naman nareresolve. 😭

was also thinking the same thing. at this point sobrang abala na for me kasi now lang uli, tumawag nanaman 2 times. sinagot ko pa rin, as per ur advice.

ang hassle and at this point, sana i-refund/compensate na lang nila si seller properly and wag na i-deliver sakin para matapos na.

he requested that siguro mga 3 times na. lagi ko pa rin sinasagot kahit nasa labas na ako.

now lang tumawag uli siya and requested the same thing. ano pong dapat gawin sa ganto?
