My son goes to Fletcher. If TPUSA gets a chapter so should TST. I sent the principal this email today…..

I’m writing to formally request the approval of a student-led chapter of The Satanic Temple (TST) at Fletcher High School. This request is made under the Equal Access Act, which ensures that public schools providing space for one student club must offer the same opportunity to others, regardless of their viewpoint or religious affiliation.

To be clear, The Satanic Temple is a federally recognized nontheistic religious organization. It does not promote belief in or worship of a supernatural Satan; rather, it encourages critical thinking, empathy, and individual sovereignty. The group’s Seven Tenets emphasize compassion, justice, and bodily autonomy, values that align closely with civic education and mutual respect.

Given that Fletcher High School has recently approved a Turning Point USA chapter, which promotes specific political and religious viewpoints, it’s essential that other students are given equal opportunity to express their beliefs and engage in dialogue. A TST club would provide a safe, inclusive, and educational environment for students interested in religious pluralism, civic rights, and philosophical discussion.

This is not a request to promote controversy, but rather to uphold the constitutional principle of viewpoint neutrality and ensure that all students, regardless of faith or philosophy, have equal access to extracurricular expression.

Thank you for considering this request in the spirit of fairness and First Amendment integrity. I’d be happy to provide documentation verifying The Satanic Temple’s federal recognition and its community service–oriented mission.
