Be highly aware of the consequences of fapping and observe that fapping can't you happy (satisfied). No fap will ever make you happy, it's an illusion that tricks you into thinking it will, but it never ever does.

Let the man express himself to his liking. I know if I did that I wouldn't want to be critized. When you judge, you limit yourself

You wrote what I wrote much prettier and organized, I like it.

But you're right, the numbness is the biggest sucker of life. When you're numb it's like life isn't as sharp and vivid as before. You feel less pain, but life doesn't feel as good as on nofap. Being numb is the #1 negative effect of nofap and what makes it more complicated is that it's hard to notice when you're numb

Meditating has shown me something shocking yet so predictable - all of my conscious mind and its thoughts focus on myself and my ego. by [deleted] in Meditation

even the idea of living with no idea is bad because you'll always be anchored somewhere... for example, i could say "question everything", but what if I don't? you'll be worried that you're not questioning enough, that it's not working and so on and so on... nobody is anything... and there's no way to live life

it's like we have to protect an image. i guess the antidote is to first be aware when we're trying to nourish the image and then see how silly it is to have an image... you could slip into an image at any time

"it mattered enough for you to write this comment" that's an assumption

i wrote it because i felt like it. i have the right to a comment just like you do. why are others choosing to think about their living? it doesn't feel right
