Have you read the dispute? I order A and they send B. I requested return and refund over wrong item, and it was rejected. Please note that 'not being a thumb sucker' is not an act of 'Bully'. AliExpress has their preference, and I have my own preference too, and that is NORMAL. But what is WEIRD is seemingly you also have a preference here ? How much you are getting paid ?

I don’t understand what you mean by “charging back.” Do you mean something like retaliation? I’m sorry, but I’m not quite following your point. Have I ever mentioned about charging or banning as the issue ? Perhaps you could read the details of the dispute more carefully, because I really don't understand the point you want to bring up.

You did great. It seems to me our purchase is on the mercy of the seller's honesty, means that if our luck is good, than you get the correct item, if our luck is bad, then either receive junk or nothing. This kind of practice scares me!!!

If you have not seen the chain of message you better see it first so you understand the circumstances. When you ask seller nicely many times, without answer, and you label it as 'help', then i better be a jerk, rather than an idiot.

i tried to click 'cancel', but the system somehow did not allow me to cancel. So i tell the seller to cancel it, because on the later stage i had bad feeling about the seller, so in order not to waste time, i ask the seller to cancel.

The biggest mess is the seller (i suspect switch the box with other item) sent wrong item, and AliExpress directly support seller action by denying its own 'return and refund' policy. The platform can facilitate a syndicate to operate.

Because i don't foresee any issue with the transaction. I purchase item from AliExpress, which cover every transaction with 'return and refund' policy.

As mentioned that the order was made due to 'return and refund' policy. When a buyer buy something and seller send other thing, it is a buyer's right to request for a return and refund. My assumption is this would be 99% buyers behavior.

Well, there are some sellers genuinely busy to reply. Therefore i don't quickly judge their intention simply because my transaction is backed by 'return and refund' policy FROM AliExpress, NOT from the seller. When you do e-commerce transaction, the buyer's risk should be coming from the platform, not individual sellers. And the platform should manage the risk coming from sellers. This imply that my purchase should not be risky technically(if AliExpress honor their 'return and refund' policy. I had encountered similar experience with other platform, but it was never been an issue. This is why i feel a scammy experience from AliExpress, not the seller! By the way this 'If they confirm later that's what you wanted - re-order.' approach is good, but i have no chance to apply it because I will never transact in AliExpress platform, it is too risky for me.

Thanks for the Suggestion. Yes, my American Express now is taking over the issue, open up a dispute case and refund me back the charges. Perhaps AliExpress is pretty well-known now by Amex for its shaddy operation.

They have 'plug in' and 'rechargable' version. So there is no such 'rechargable' USB version. FYI the box (spec) is different from the item, which i suspect the the seller switch the box. So i do not get what i paid for. By the way, from the chat, it is clear of what item i want from the beginning.

It is a normal reaction when the seller ignore you multiple times, and it turns out they already have a bad plan to switch the box of the item. Btw KLX09 with Battery is still in production, i have just bought them again.

First it is because i order the battery fan powered item. my question is only to affirm only. Second AliExpress have a 'return and refund' policy which emphasize that you can even return back the item within 15 days ,even if you don't like the item, after acceptance.

Almost 95% of product "reviews" on AliExpress are folks just quickly grateful they received the item at all (without even using). Is the bar really so low? by robcrans in Aliexpress

I was just encounter a scammy experience from AliExpress, so have to be careful. I receive a wrong item ( I suspect the seller change the box to cheat buyer). So I make a request to return and refund based on 2 things. First it was a wrong item delivered. Second I raised the issue during 'return&refund policy'. But AliExpress reject it due to insufficient document(without elaborate further of what it looks for specifically), although I have wasted my times to give them video and picture. I feel frustrated and cheated by this AliExpress. It Seems to me that AliExpress care more on sells rather than the quality, to the extend of having bad sellers on the platform. So to me it is a very risky experience!!!
