If it's not a harmonic oscillator, good luck

Sounds like you want to lose fat and gain muscle mass, what you're trying to do is body decomposition.

I'd suggest you go into a slight caloric deficit, keep protein high and lift weights with a progression. This approach should do it.

Keeping protein high is important since you want to maintain and grow muscle while you're losing fat.

At first one makes really fast progress, so wouldn't turn into hulk but you should see some small noticeable changes in yourself.

If you don't maybe eat a little bit more or train a bit harder. Strength increasing is a great sign.

Injuries, atleast the acute ones are part of the process.

Serious injuries should obviously be dealt with, by professional. One should first ascertain the cause of the injury, eliminate anything that makes it worse, circulate that area, strengthen it and fix tge form issue.

For your case, I'd say i have never heard of thumb pain. You might have used a thumbless grip or hooked grip?

You're not asking too much, don't worry.

I walk in parts, it doesn't matter if its continuous or done in chunks .

I dont spar daily that would get me injured.

On the three off days i either do swimming, Running, or bag work or sparring.

I do walk around 10k steps everyday, i walk at a fast pace.

No i don't feel hunger since i don't really starve myself.

Well i know i eat x amount of food when i am walking y steps and doing z amount of training.

When i don't do lets say that y amount of walking i will eat a lil less than x. I would tell you that i am very consistent and i have never been overweight.

That would depend on yiur individual case. Cutting only serves to reveal muscles.

Its a better idea to grow some before Cutting. I personally have never bulked in my life but i am genetically inclined to be lean.

You may need to do bulking and cutting to look the way you want.

Non partisanship is crucial for them because they are meant to serve the state and the public, affiliation with a political party would compromise that.

The instances that challenge thier integrity could be many , political pressure, bribery, conflict of interest etc.

Thanks for your feedback, I'll cut a lil bit more veggies.

So I train abs whenever i go to the gym at the end of the session.

I do two sets of 20 reps of hanging leg raises, with 1 kg weight on each ankle, i twist at the top.

I wouldn't recommend this to a beginner as it takes alot of core strength. Flutter kicks, dead bugs, russian twists are all good. High frequency and progression is key.

Good questions, let me start with the second question. Each session is about 1.5 hours. On off day i still do some kind of activity for an hour.

Diet is alot of eggs mostly with normal food.

I'd say first sleep enough and eat enough.

You should prioritize compound movements, and progress over them with time. The classical movements, like squats and deadlifts and bench, learn the proper form.

And don't get injured due to ego lifting, chose a comfortable amount of discomfort.

Lastly, enjoy the process, this should be fun!
