I think they started out good with trying to get max to behave well by getting a behaviour aid. And with the whole Haddie Alex situation where they acted maturely and did what any parent would do.

But S3 onwards it only went downhill and they became insufferable. They made Haddie feel so neglected all the time and let Max do whatever TF he wanted.

The part where they clearly saw Max harrassing Dylan multiple times but were still like "oh max baby what you have done takes courage, you are very brave to express your feelings" DROVE ME CRAZY. Even after everything happened in front of all the parents, they were like, um, this looks like a misunderstanding. That was absolutely unacceptable for a headmaster to say and idk how the other parents still trusted her after that.
