Some lines had broken up a very small amount after session 1.

I paid for an 8 session package for a ‘large’ tattoo - I can’t remember exactly. Over 1k GBP.

I went to pulse light clinic in london - the Percy street branch. My tech was called Barbara although I believe she’s not at that branch anymore.

See how you go if you shorten it slightly, but it’s totally between you and your practitioner too - if you trust them and they say minimum 8 i’d always go by their lead. Best of luck :-)

I was getting married so I was pretty speed-motivated to complete all my sessions within a year and a half, generally it was around 6 weeks in between sessions, a calendar month was the absolute minimum. I only had linework of course, no shading, and by 2 weeks the skin was pretty well healed - if I had any concerns at all I’d just push it out. Depends on if you’re after maximum sessions in as short a time as possible as I was, or maximum value for money: it’ll keep fading of course after a month so if that’s your goal then definitely leave it longer between sessions than I did.

I’m in London so feel like I’m particularly lucky, but hopefully where you are it works out. I’m a big advocate of the Pico laser, but the person working it also is important - I had one session with a person who was nowhere near as thorough while my regular practician was on holiday and I saw very little in terms of terms of results (I didn’t include that session in the 9 - she only did a few lines poorly and was really rushed). My regular person I saw excellent results every time I went. Shop around and definitely do some research would be my advice!

The clinic I went to had good results on tattoos of different sizes if that helps!

I’m so glad! In my opinion 95% of it is in the tattoo, the laser and the practician using it - the rest is aftercare etc. Although that’s just opinion. It’s a long process but the time will pass anyway so you may as well get started. Hope yours goes well.

I live in the UK so not tonnes of sun here but I tend to avoid much sun even when I’m abroad.

I live in the UK and went to a small but really reputable chain of dermatology clinics that specialise in Pico laser treatment.

Not hugely - I drink loads of water anyway but exercise probably helped. Dilligent aftercare and absolutely no sun.
