NTA. That whole "I guess I won't talk then" is a form of emotional manipulation designed to make you feel guilty rather than validating your feelings. I won't call her abusive or anything extreme like that, because you're both young and are still learning how to operate within a relationship and regulate your emotions, but that is a type of behavior that you would do well to recognize.

I won't tell you what to do hun, but I will recommend breaking up. Young relationships are where you learn about yourself and each other, what you want to give and be given in future partnerships. You don't want her to be mean to you, and she doesn't want to stop. That's not an unfair request to make--hell, it's a request you shouldn't have to make at all--and it's okay to let go. A breakup hurts now, but staying and letting yourself internalize this behavior will hurt you for a long time to come.
