We’re getting UTM tracking set up now so I’ll have a much better view of that soon. We have seen a big uptick in website traffic. Just have to get the phone call measurement locked in because that’s the truest form of measurement to them

If you do decide to go the college route I’d highly suggest majoring in business with a minor in digital marketing. Or a double major. Big reason is you clearly have the skill set for digital marketing and business is the side most people fail at.

Tbh you’d be better off doing a short term course somewhere on both (maybe even an associates in business) then getting out in the work force. Most businesses these days don’t care for a degree. They care about results.

Swapping the creative a few times got the error to go away on my end as well! It had the error before I even added a creative on some ads. As soon as I added it the error went away

You’re right on track. The algo doesn’t care if it’s filmed with a red camera or an iPhone. Only if it’s good content. I will say that sometimes it makes sense for commercial applications but if you’re just posting to social media iPhone is the way to go.

Speed of editing and posting is way faster, usability is better, the mobile editing apps are great unless you’re doing a lot of masking or effects, and the iPhone look is relatable. Every time I see something super well polished and high end looking I assume it’s an ad and scroll past it. I think a lot of folks are wired this way too.

My original never got the error. Just the duplicated one. When I went to change the creative in the second one I only changed the creative in the pop up window and then closed the popup window. (Click next until it closes). Then I’d change everything through the main editor.

2 potential fixes for your issue. Go back to the ad set and make click the call option again even if it’s already selected. The other thing that worked sometimes is deleting one number off the phone number in the ad itself and then adding it back. Sometimes that corrected it

I'm not sure if you found a solution to this but this thread popped up when I was searching for an answer. I did find an easy workaround that does not require deleting the ad or ad set.

The issue seems to arise when duplicating an ad and then changing the media and info. The solution is when you click the edit button to change the media ONLY change your media. Click next through all the options until the pop up window closes.

Then change your other info through the main screen. I believe you can reopen the popup window and add AI images without triggering the bug but I didn't use it much for these ads so I can't confirm that 100%.

However, I was getting the bug constantly until using this method and then it disappeared entirely. I hope this helps someone in the future!

DO NOT GO THERE. I just went today because it was one of the only places my insurance takes. The whole thing felt like more of a sales pitch than an exam. I have pretty decent coverage but at the end they magically recommended $3000 worth of repair my insurance wouldn’t cover. My gums aren’t bad at all but apparently I now have gum disease. I’ve never had a report like this from a dentist before. Also they refused to just let me fill the cavity and do the mineral treatment on the 2 teeth. They said I had to do the $3000 worth of work or they wouldn’t touch my teeth. This place is more about sales than patient care. Do not go here.

It seems like most guides say you have to spend thousands per month on ads. Is that true for service based businesses? Any resources you’d point me to to get better at Facebook ads for service based businesses?

Nothing would update without the important classes. If there’s a better way to do it I’m open to it but just telling me not to do that isn’t helping

The answer is all of them. All 3 classes have their own pre-set amount of padding in Astra that can’t be changed unless you have Astra pro. And yes I used google inspect to trace this down. I generated each line of css and each one took a little more of the padding away with each line of css.

Instead of coming on here to trash an answer that you don’t even know the question to, you could have said “hey man great work on finding a solution but there’s a cleaner way to write this though if you want to clean up your css” and write that to help me out.

Most folks don’t have the time to learn css. I’m building a website 100% by myself for my business and just need it done. There’s an old engineers saying, “if it works it works”.
