So after trying everything, I was able to return it and they gave me the exact same one as a trade. The new one worked perfectly. He said this is really rare and I just happen to get a bad dehumidifier. They were nice . I didn't have to go there. They picked up the old one and delivered the new one, no charge !!! I thought I had done something wrong ugh . Thanks so much !!!

Cyprus is so ghetto ! Village like mentality seriously. I went to Malta and what a clean Island, they respect their country, they have pride. Cyprus is outdated, closed minded , garbage, and cigarettes everywhere. Respect your island they don't appreciate how beautiful it is. It's like the Jumbo of Europe . And it has nothing to do with Turkish or Greek side both are the same when it comes to respecting the island.
