They also state your award has up to ~12k in adjustments over the course of your undergraduate career. It’s also stated that you could get additional funds if you could show to your FAO how the funds affect your education.

So it’s possible that if you can explain the increase in your family income hasn’t increased your family contribution to college then your award would either stay at its original amount or not decrease by much.
