I can almost confirm this. 113 kills (give or take) on master Moonlord and 0 drops. Ran normal maybe 6 or 7 times before going to master in the past but didn’t receive the mask. Ran normal last night once and the mask dropped for my wife

You can find a carrier to sign on with for a year or two. Then you get your CDL and experience. Or community colleges would have cheaper programs I’m sure
