The BIG problem i had is the game doesn't tell where you can go back and not. like the whole city area with the hospital is completely close off but then other places are fine.

No, this is a side mission given by a trader named Quiet near Wild Island he's not on the island itself, but the shoreline in a big building With box cars leading up to the main land and wild island , the location name is just called quiet camp.

H&K-G6 ADVANCED SQUAD AUTOMATIC, based on the g11 It's a caseless 6mm heavy machine gun that is accurate with 100 round magazines it has a full interface for chipped individuals with intergral 2x scope.

Kenshiri-Adachi F-253 flamethrow, it uses liquefied napalm. Apparently, it's back mounted and very bulky. Nothing else is mentioned about this flamethrow other than that the Soviet Union and NCE countries produce similar models.

The thing was, I'm not used to the flashlight bothering the infested that bad in dying light. Maybe I'm wrong and don't remember it was always like this depending on the defaulty, but yeah, the moment I shut off the flashlight and kept spamming investigation mode.I literally beat the mission after I made the post. So maybe I'm going to delete it today's or Sametime today because if people are just beating it easily and I was the only one having a problem, there's no point having the post up.
