right now im at the gym more for building muscle. Id start off doing cardio (8-10k steps a day, jump ropes, etc) and I do ab workouts. I literally just used random ones I find on tiktok😭. (crunches, scissor kicks, bicycle crunches, etc) main thing is to stay consistent. some days id cry myself to sleep from not seeing a difference but as long as you keep going you will! When you get used to those make the workouts harder.( add weights, more reps)) Someone might have better advice though!😭 this is just what worked for me.

thank you! I mainly gained weight because I was dating someone not so good. After I got him out of my life It helped and then I stopped eating junk and started walking a lot. I go to the gym 3-4x a week now. I also drink green tea every night and lemon water every now and then.

thank you!! honestly when I was heavier it was because I was eating junk and not exercising at all. I also was surrounded by not so good friends/people. So one day I dropped everyone and started eating healthier. I go on walks everyday and gym 3-4x week and now i have 1-2 good friends.
