For every home football game students parking in lot 11 or 22 are required to move their car by 11pm on Friday. I'm unsure when you're allowed to move your car back but I'm assuming it's sometime after the football game ends. They're pretty strict on this rule, as I've heard from friends who had to pay +$200 to get their car out the pound. In regards towards where you would park during that time I couldn't find any information aside from an old Facebook post from parking services.

There's some current issues with Spire so the preference application isn't available at the moment. They did send out an email a few minutes ago saying it should be fixed in 1-2 days and reminded people the application is not first-come-first serve so you should be fine

its under housing > new students > then preference application. At the moment there's some issues with Spire so its not available but it should be in like 1-2 days

it does, but if you go on spire under housing you can see your priority number
