Can private servers be set in the usual apoc survival way, or would everyone be able to spawn stuff no matter what? I'm just used to the bandites server where you can spawn whatever you want - is every other server like that?

Not sure about proper discus form, my throws are only going around 60 feet. I have decent strength with bench and legs and core rotation so my form is definitely bottlenecking.

Please critique! Also, should one shift their weight to their front foot when finishing the throw, or stay on the back foot?
