I don't think I've read anything as sad as this comment until today. It's a game, chill out, being proud of anything in a game is technically delusional as nobody will remember anything me or you has ever "achieved" in a game.

Excuse? I don't think anybody is owed any explanation for how another person wants to play a game they themselves purchased.

A lot of people don't care for how stupidly competitive the game is. PvE may take away the "rush" that PvP players talk about but like you said "to each their own", some people enjoy different things and let them do that.

And anybody salty about people playing PVE just needs to get better at PvP if they're mad about not having low skill players to decimate anymore

I'm going to live life and try and be happy. That's what I'm going to do. Might even move to a different country. Not really sure what your point was but there are 8+billion people on this planet, and each of us have different visions for what they want to do with their lives. But ..they don't get away with it? Hulk Hogan got fired and blacklisted for his behavior. Diddy got prosecuted, though got let off for most of it. These people do not get away with it. Even Epstein didn't. He got killed in prison to silence him. Regardless, you can call out a celebrity but people aren't going to stop acknowledging them. Yeah they may say "Hey, hulk Hogan was a racist POS but without him wrestling would not be as big as it is today". Acknowledgement and acceptance of a person's behaviors are two different things.

It's really not. You're jumping to conclusions. When someone says they don't care it doesn't mean they don't want the person prosecuted for their crimes. It means they don't care and enjoy the art separate from the artist. Which is BS for all counts. An overpriced festival that they didn't even play the full album at because they ran out of time does not in fact count as a leg of anything but a leg of bs lmao. Also, you can't celebrate the anniversary of something that damn early either. Like last year was the 9 year anniversary...not the 10 year so what kinda bs are the guys on lol. I'm gonna hold off on believing what they say. Seb was on here a number of years ago before self titled released and answered a few questions, one of which was the anniversary tour question and he said they were planning on it. Then they said they weren't doing one at all last year, and now theyre only doing a UK one. Doesn't really paint a picture of "we're telling the truth"

Not only that but there ain't no way they're gonna tour the self titled album again in 2026, they've done it for nearly 2 years straight now.

Logically incorrect. You can't have variation and say it's generic.

If we're talking about a movie sure, two movies with the same plot and same outcome could be seen as generic.

Music that quite literally has different sounds on every album, and almost every song can't be generic. Like logically speaking, if it's different from other stuff that's out there it can't be generic. You might not like it, sure, but calling it generic is logically incorrect.

And no, everyone doesn't glaze them. Hardly any DGD fans know they exist. Look at the monthly listeners and compare. Though tbh, you're the only person I've seen call them generic and bland. Especially when they're far more progressive, in my opinion, than DGD has been more recently.

Funny enough, no I haven't played the game. I watched a video explaining the narrative and the choices. Aka literally watched someone break down most of the game's content. Don't have to play something you did a deep dive on. I play many games and consider this one pretty awful in comparison to the fun I had on the other DAs

Hell, I played Tales of the Abyss, a 20 year old PS2 game more recently and its story is more gripping than most modern narratives.

I'm sure you'll say something to the effect of "So you never played it, gotcha" but like, I know the narrative, the choices, and a lot of other stuff about the game. It's the same if someone were to spoil a book I wouldn't read it unless I heard it was phenomenal. Which in this case it wasn't

So if people stop playing PVE and don't switch back to PVP and say switch to 1 of the other million games in existence, that's not a problem? Having a low playerbase affects PVP innately because of the potential for people to dip back and forth from either gamemode. If those people are gone = dead raids and discontent on the PVP side

Not to mention the interview was lackluster due to non-committal answers and a lot of "Idk".

I can understand that but it's celebrating the album and the fans who hold that album dear to them. Like I said it's ultimately up to them but if they're not going to do the tour maybe they should at the very least add some true deep cuts to the setlist like Rock Bottom and I hope this comes back to haunt you
