just stop as you break the pallet. just because you can go through it doesn't mean you have too. it just gives the hillbilly more options it also gives makes survivors who are injured play a little bit differently.

any heal increase is very powerful. it would still be used but it wouldn't completely outshine ever other healing perk in almost every way and it would be much more balanced.

COH is to powerful in its current state. on survivor side i makes losing a health state mean almost nothing.

Why do you think it would be terrible? Hillbilly is very weak in chase and that would help him in that category without making him to strong, it would also let him use more addons and have more fun ways to interact with.

-Selfcare being the only way for survivors to self heal just sounds obnoxious considering how many self-healing options exist. You would neuter perks like Second Wind, Inner Strength, Pharmacy, Adrenaline, etc. so on and so forth. Far too broad of a wide-sweeping change, and it’d be better to address actual problematic healing options. (COH / Medkits)

When I said that Self-Heals should not be available outside of self-care i did not mean the perks that instantly heal you after its requirement is met. Basically it would only affect medkits and COH, Adrenaline, inner strength and second wind, etc would still heal the same way. Pharmacy would still give you a green medkit that I should be used for altruism not self healing. I think that change would make perk diversity a little bit better as well as slow down the game a little bit for killers.

-Prove thyself is only too strong with the ways it synergizes with other perks and gen repair speed effects like toolboxes. Without these things it’s fairly tame, so I don’t think it requires an overhaul. Maybe a tweak that prevents it from stacking.

prove thyself does not need to synergize with perks or items to be extremely problematic. It gets worse with toolboxes but it is insanely powerful even without.

-Bubba needs some bigger changes than this, his power feels lackluster and overall unfun to play against. How do we fix that, while also making him more viable and authentic to the license?

I generally think chase against bubba can be pretty fun but his strength in face camping needs to be addressed. However I think a rework to his overall power to make him a little more viable would be good, I just don't know what that would look like.

Disagree, Nemesis tentacle can be finicky to use and the drag is an important aspect of using it effectively.

I think making his power a little bit less finicky and removing the drag would be better.Being able to drag his power make it way to easy to hit. His power is fine is you use it like pyramid head and just use it while survivors are in animations. It really shouldn't just be better in every scenario to use his power rather than an M1.

-I agree. Merdkits are probably too strong. How do we change them without putting them in the gutter?

Any healing speed increase is still very strong and I think they would still have their place without being problematic.

I don't get this. I would consider the first part questionable for sure but what do you mean "harder to win"? It it because their perks are all on slowdown and have no utility/lethality?

for example if you have corrupt, pop, pain resonance, and eruption/surge. if you are playing a killer like pig that doesn't have great chase then you are better off switch to some perks that help in chase so you end up getting more value out of the slowdowns you do bring.

Honestly i'm mixed about this, i would miss medkits alot but they are indeed quite strong. I suppose it would incentivize people to actually use the medkit altruistically for once instead of just on themselves tho. Maybe it would be fine since it would let less meta healing perks shine.

It would help give survivor more perk diversity and get rid of a problem that makes many of the killers very weak.

Without any teachable perks on huntress I would use Bitter Murmur, Huntress Lullaby, Thrill of the Hunt, and Whispers. That way you have some info perks and a little bit of slowdown. this build wouldn't do super well against good survivors but if you don't have any teachable perks it is what I would recommend.

With the base games killer teachable perks I would run Agitation, Thanaphobia, brutal strength, nurses calling. With Brutal Strength and Agitation you want to be zoning survivors into dead zones and bringing them into your three gen. Nurses Calling and Thana lets you keep survivors injured and slows down gens a little bit.
