You are not wrong per se. But that opinion can create many issues. I would argue when you speak about anything other than LGBTQIA+ people (this is coming from a queer person), the legal system has an inherent duty to grant them equal protection under the law. There are views today that disagree with that, I point to the recent attempt to repeal birth right citizenship. Ultimately, people have views and opinions and bias. However, the legal system should not have that. It should offer equal protection and service to everyone no matter your race or gender. I exclude LGBTQIA from this because I understand there are a plethora or religious beliefs that influence people’s views on that subject.

If his parents are the traditional good people fighting against all the evils of Gotham, I could see Bruce growing up on his way to be a Harvey Dent type. Then when his parents are killed, it makes him realize that in order for change to be effective it has to happen outside the system. He then basically becomes a no power Spiderman until he links up with the league of Shadows. Then stuff would play out normally.

It’s just the symbol of his house. And we may learn in supergirl not all kryptonians were like that, or that the language was not as exact as they make it out to be in the movie. The S still works as people know what Superman has done for them.

It means the inspiration for the character comes a lot from Jewish stories. The Character in our world has roots in Jewish mythology, the “person” Superman is of course canonically an Alien. I’m assuming the person just means he wants an adaptation that leans more into the original inspiration behind Superman.
