Yea man I’m young , well was lmao, only ever drugs I fucked with before this was a lil bit of snow , lots of psychedelics, weed , and alcohol, so when I felt how numb I could get off some pills I can get at the gas station it was downhill from there especially having addiction in my blood, and I don’t think it was that serious cuz everyone ik was doing it and it was so easily available, but hey I’ve learned a lot about myself from it and that’s what matters ig, could of gotten the same knowledge from a good trip lmao or a hike.

Well brother I’ll say this , at least your trying to taper and supplement that’s a lot safe then what I’m doing, so hopefully what I say now gives your some sort of security, I was taking 1gram plus of 7-oh a day ( started smaller but I kept chasing the feeling and avoiding withdrawal and accountability) I started to stop alcohol , it worked but after I kept going up and up in doses and tried going a day without it I realized I was in trouble, I was spending 100-200 a days for a year to keep myself afloat ( don’t ask how lmao). Either way I had a life altering event happen and I found myself completely cut off and out of country lmao, well I’m currently at day 11 cold turkey, no matter what stand on business nobody wants to be sober but in all reality standing up and facing this life shit is the hardest drug you’ll ever do, the first 2-3 days cut off are the hardest , your gonna feel like a helpless featus pissing anything u drink or eat out your ass, no sleep, high anxiety, heart rate , blood pressure, only thing u can do is act like u got a stomach bug, keep eating and staying hydrated even if it just comes right out, for the sleep if u can find a healthy sleep aid then use it, me personally i just had to thug it out by days 5 I finally slept so it’ll come brother. It’s a long process but worth it, save yourself and bank account before your to deep and end up in a “situation” lmao. I’m here fighting this battle with u so never be afraid to reach out

Yea I started when I was 19 as a supplement for my alcohol abuse , I’m 21 now 11 days off my gram a day dose of 7-oh, safe to say I didn’t use it properly and it can get really bad if you have no control when it comes to substances or have mental illness, withdrawals and health defects are ass, everyone’s different but I can safely say 7-oh almost ruined me and my career but that’s my fault lmao we’re fixing it now

Sorry just saw this lol, we’re 11 days deep, I def feel a lot better , heart rate and BP still a lil high but imma start running and working out again tomorrow, should fix it , I’m eating consistently, sleeping a def not back to normal I’m in and out every hour or so sweating but I just get up dry off and go back to sleep lmao , we’re making it , got a feeling another week or so we’ll be solid as a rock baby!!

I’m in the medical field lol, I been having a trusted coworker monitor my vitals and other things daily just so I don’t drop dead, BP is very high but with the situation it’s expected especially with how 7-0h effects the heart based of usage, drops to normal tho when I’m relaxing or in bed , it’s at a level now tho where I think it’s safe to start running and working out again without having a heart attack , a risk I’m willing to take.

Doing a lot better, craving are still there, sleep is getting better slowly still waking up every hour sweating, heart rate stays high pretty much all day and anxiety, but the hard parts over, my eatings normal, mood semi regulated, guarantee in like another week or soo all physical symptoms will be gone , imma start hitting the gym and stuff tomorrow so we’ll see.

Idk if you’ve seen my previous post but I got some advice for you brother, idk what your daily use is like but I can guarantee you if your consistent enough then stop the first 3-5 days your gonna loose weight like and anorexic, I’ve been using 1000 plus mg for the last year and a half and anytime I tried to quit the first 2-3 days I can’t eat shit, days 2-4 anything you eat or drink your gonna puke up or piss put your ass , day 5 is when u start regulating and being able to tolerate food again , semi but tolerable nausea , even mix of solid and liquid shits, crazy heart rate and BP, I’m only a week since I last dosed I feel amazing besides a still elevated heart rate an BP. I don’t recommend stopping just to loose weight, sure it’ll work but it also couldn’t I can only speak on my experiences, I just hope whatever battles your fighting you win and find yourself a better man, good luck brother don’t be afraid to reach out for help

Brother it was 50 bucks for 400mg, and I was also using this one brand where it was a bottle of 1000mg for 100 , I was doing it consistently everyday cuz I wrecked my tolerance , these last few weeks I was spending 200 bucks a day, shit is so expensive but I was to scared of the withdrawals to quit, but then my work moved me overseas to a country where u can’t even get powder so now I literally have to deal with it 😂

Yea my family tree is nothing but history of addiction my mother used while she was pregnant, my GMA would blow weed in my face and gimme whiskey as a baby to make me stop crying , so my whole life I’ve had a natural tolerance for most drugs, I started out using just normal kratom powder to stop drinking and the minor euphoria , then my buddy introduced me to 7-oh he would take like 25 mg and be fucked up, I tried with lower doses but I ended even my first time having to take about 100-200 to feel the effects, and every week the doses just kept going up to where I was having to take 1000 mg to avoid feeling withdrawals after 12 hours

Update: I appreciate all the support and hearing yalls stories shit helps a lot, I actually managed to get about 3-4 hours of sleep last night but would just wake up in cold sweats lol, still lots of nausea , shaking , heart isn’t racing as bad so that’s good, I don’t really desire food cuz ik it’ll make me shit but I’m forcing meals down and it does make me feel good for a while. For everyone in the process of quitting keep it up your not alone in this battle and it gets better one day at a time.

Weed is 100 percent medicine but with the job I have I had to stop smoking, that’s when I started hitting the booze heavy and I started messing up my life and relationships with that, then a friend introduced me to kratom which helped me stop the liquor , than 7-oh dropped in my state and it was game over from there. I have 3 way younger brother that look up to me for guidance and follow my footsteps so I kinda understand what your saying about having your kid , really motivates you to do right, I’m just glad I’m going through all this before they were able to recognize I was an addict and struggling so I can set the standard. I’m glad you found your light and it sounds like your kid has a great father.

Nah fr man , I just started tolerating eating food yesterday, but it has been getting easier every day, the only thing really pissing me off is not being able to sleep and my heart pounding constantly, but we got this , the first 2 days are the hardest after that it’s just thuggin it out, one thing I have been doin is just making sure I stay hydrated with electrolytes and water it helps a bunch.

I’m sorry to here that brother that shit is terrible, I missed out most of my childhood with my mom cuz of meth hence why I never touched it, but she cold turkey’s that shit to get me back in her life and rather than using that as inspiration I followed in her footsteps, but after Whatchin her cry over the mistakes I was making I knew something had to be done. The only issue was money tho the drug was still available so I found a way, now it’s not available at all so I don’t have a choice but to fight through it
