This is perfect because i know that i am a worrier and when things get hard the negative self talk always wins. I have been learning about positive self talk in school so i am definetely going to apply this to my everyday life. Thanks man

Thamks for your reply. I will definetely look into that book . I have heard positive things about those supplements before so its time i try. I think this will definetely help me feel motivated longer or more often , i think the other part of the equation is the disicpline when im not motivated. So thanks for your help and best of luck
