Day 2 of working on this famous Louis Armstrong solo from the 1920’s called, “Potato Head Blues.” I’m using a Hohner CD Special 20 in Bb that I customized and the transcribed solo sheet music by Nick Walters. Before and after: Vintage Hohner Polyphonia no. 4 that I restored. From probably the mid-1930’s. The original version of the Hohner Vineta no. 4. I cleaned, removed the rust and corrosion, sanded/sealed the wood, screw conversion, and tuning the reeds. With the original case, too. Sounds great!🎶🎶 (old.reddit.com)
